  NOIDA TOLL BRIDGE COMPANY LIMITED ANNOUNCES Q1FY27 FINANCIAL RESULTS         On a Consolidated basis for Q1FY27, Revenue stood at ₹ 12.81 crore, as against ₹11.09 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year Q1FY26, an increase of 15.51 per cent.         On a Consolidated basis for Q1FY27, Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹ 5.33 crore, as compared to a PAT of ₹ 4.14 crore registered in Q1FY26.               On a Standalone basis for Q1FY27, the Company posted Revenue of ₹ 12.81 crore as against ₹ 11.08 crore recorded in Q1FY26, an increase of 15.61 per cent.   On a Standalone basis for Q1FY27, Profit After Tax was recorded at ₹5.26 crore as against PAT of ₹4.17 crore in Q1FY26.         DND FLYWAY SECOND PHASE OF CARRIAGEWAY UPGRADATION COMPLETED; FIVE-YEAR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME UNDER WAY         INDEPENDENT TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT HAD REPORTED NO MAJOR STRUCTURAL STRENGTHENING REQUIRED FOR DND FLYWAY WHILE RECOMMENDING FUNCTIONAL OVERLAY
