LETTER OF AWARD FOR LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR DISPLAY OF ADVERTISEMENT

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Rules, 2015 and our letter dated November 25, 2022 this is to inform you that the Company has declared M/s Times Innovative Media as the H-1 for award of contract for display of advertisement on DND Flyway. Letter of Award (LoA) to ,be issued and contract to be signed with M/s Times Innovative Media as per the terms as mentioned in the Bid Documents along with all the subsequent modifications thereof.
